What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

We inspect every item before it ships, but if something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we'll gladly repair or replace it free of charge.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs and a description of the issue, and we'll sort it out quickly.

All of our powder coated products are also covered by a 25 year warranty against corrosion and powder coat defects - see the warranty page and our refund policy for full details.
