Where is my order? How long will it take?

Here's how our timelines work:

Made-to-order products [custom numbers and letters, house number signs, script signage, letterbox plates]: current production time is around 3 weeks from the date you place your order. Orders are processed in the order they're received.

Ready-to-ship numbers: these post within days of your order.

Shipping: once production is complete, you'll receive an email with tracking details. We ship via Australia Post [Parcel Post or Express Post]. For delivery time estimates use the Australia Post calculator with our postcode 3930 as the sending location.

Please note: selecting Express Post speeds up the postal journey, not production time.
