What are your Christmas and end of year order deadlines?

As all of our custom products are made to order, we publish order cut-off dates each year to ensure delivery before Christmas. These are announced on our blog and on product pages in the lead-up to the holidays.

As a general guide from previous years: custom orders need to be placed by late November [with Express Post selected], while ready-to-ship numbers continue posting regularly right up to Christmas.

Our production takes a Summer break over late December and early January - you can still order during this time, but production resumes in the new year.

Our team is small and orders are made in the order received, so the earlier you order, the better!
